ORDER STATUS

1) How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order been shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your order at the respective courier website.

2) How do I change my address or cancel my order?

If you’ve just finished placing your order and realized you made a mistake, please call us at +6016 666 6684 and we’ll work some magic to fix it. If more than two hours have passed, chances are we have already packed and shipped your order (we are that fast by the way). In either case, just call us for help and we’ll come to your rescue.

3) My items have yet to arrive. What should I do?

Normally, you should receive your item according to our delivery promises or according to the time indicated at the product page. In an exceptional kind of cases, there might be difference in the delivery time and we’ll definitely update you on the status. If you have not receive your purchases after the above stated shipping timeframe, please refer to our Support page and contact us immediately.

4) I chose self-pickup for my order. Can I come directly to collect it?

We don’t have every single product at hand for pick up, so you guys got to give us some time to prepare it for collection. Please make orders 2 days prior to pick up. We’ll make sure to keep you updated through phone and email. In emergency cases where product is needed immediately, contact us (+6016 666 6684) and we’ll see what we can do.

5) Will my order be processed during the weekend and public holidays?

We are closed during these days but we try our best to accommodate you. This is on case to case basis, so if you really need our services urgently, please contact us to make arrangements for pickup or delivery within klang valley. In the event we are not able to process your order, then it will be done on the next working day.
